We offer our products through direct farm sales to the public as well as a CSA program.
FARM DIRECT SALES: You are welcome to give us a call at 303-719-4484 and set a time to come shop at the farm. Our Order Form will provide pricing and availability for our farm products. We also make periodic deliveries to Denver, Lafayette and Boulder – text us to be added to the email list to get delivery alerts.
CSA: Joining our CSA will ensure you have products all year long plus give you early access to farm extras – fruit, veggies, jams, baked products and free classes. Our CSA begins in May and continues for 12 months.
We are offering the following products for the 2017 season.
NEW! – The Ice Cream Club. Yes, we make our own farm brand ice cream called “Two Cows”. Flavors include your favorites plus Nutella-Biscoff and Malted Salted Peanut Butter Caramel.
Chicken eggs from pastured free range hens – $7 / dz.
We raise Freedom Rangers only; no FrankenChickens on this farm! Our birds range from 4 to 5 pounds and can be purchased whole or cut up.
We will be are raising Narragansett turkeys this year. Turkeys will be $9 / lb this year and a $75 deposit is required. Turkeys usually sell out by June, so plan ahead!
PORK (Large Black Hog)
Our Heritage Large Black Hogs are a premium, old world pork that is tender and full of flavor. We sell individual cuts (see Order Form) as well as larger packages shown below:
Half Hog (must reserve in advance) – $475 (approx 55 lbs)
Fall Half Hog aka “Apple Pigs” – $525 (approx 55 lbs, fed 6 weeks of green apples just prior to processing)
BBQ Pig – $275 (approx 25-30 lbs)
Suckling Pig – $225 (approx 15 lbs)
BEEF (Angus/Charolais cross)
Our cows are born and grazed on 4000 acres of the Grand River Grasslands. They are grass fed their entire lives and are finished with a barley supplement for 3 weeks prior to processing. We age a full 21-24 days, resulting in tender, melt in your mouth cuts. We sell individual cuts (see Order Form) as well as larger packages shown below:
